Having a visible ‘lights on and off’ presence at your property provides a deterrent to theft and vandalism.
It is our responsibility to find and vet working professionals from the local community who are able to occupy the available space on a short term and temporary basis providing protection to the empty property in the process. Regular inspections by our team ensure the condition of the property is maintained and the Guardians are complying with the terms of their licence including keeping utility costs to a minimum. Once the future use of the property has been determined the Guardians will vacate by the agreed deadline which is typically 4 weeks notice.
