Most Properties Can Be Suitable

As long as the property is habitable, wind and water tight with heating and hot water we can place Guardians there.

There is no definitive list of properties suited to using the Property Guardian method of security. Our team approach each site with an open mind and will provide a feasibility report as to the suitability of using Property Guardians at the property.

Sites which work best tend to be those requiring minimal work to make them habitable. As a rule, sites must meet health and safety and fire regulations, have access to electricity, water and heating and be watertight.

We are able to provide a cost breakdown for savings you may make over the traditional security methods. Large sites are particularly suited and we are able to distribute the Property Guardians around the property to provide the most visible and effective security.

Sites which we know provide the potential for significant security savings for the property owner include:

Potential for significant security savings

  • Care Homes
  • Local Authority Buildings
  • Schools
  • Pubs
  • Hotels
  • Vicarages
  • Fire Stations
  • Commercial Buildings
